Every country has various regulations regarding the duties and taxes on the importation of commercial goods. In some circumstances where an order exceeds a specified value you may then receive a bill with charges relating to this. Any additional duties and taxes charges are to be paid at the responsibility of the customer directly to your local customs office. These costs are in addition to your shipping fee and are not payable to Mossman therefore they cannot be calculated before or upon checkout. Please note that delivery of your parcel will not be made until any duties and taxes charges have been paid. Failure or refusal to pay any relevant charges will result in the parcel being returned to Mossman where we will refund you the value of your order less the original and return shipping fees. We suggest you contact your local customs office for queries relating to this.
Delays may occur for the following reasons, but are not limited to: sale periods, public holidays and items available for Pre-Order.
By placing a Pre-Order you understand that you will be charged the full amount to secure your Pre-Order. There will then be a delay between payment and receiving your Pre-Order. An expected (on or before) delivery date will be listed within the item description. Any items ordered in addition to any Pre-Order items will be delivered as per our standard shipping terms and not held for later delivery. Our standard returns and exchange policy apply to all Pre-Orders.
