Australian Shipping Options

Mossman endeavours to pick, pack and despatch your order the first business day after your order is placed. Orders placed by 2pm each business day are usually fulfilled the same day. Once an order has been placed ny you, we cannot accept cancellation requests, so please check your order carefully before placing.

During high volume periods, such as Sale times and during promotional periods, this may be delayed.

You will receive tracking information upon dispatch of your order, which at any time can be used to track the status of your parcel.

Mossman do not accept responsibility for your item after it has left our premises. To ensure secure delivery, we recommend all customers select the 'Registered' postage option which means your parcel will require a signature upon receipt. If you will not be at home during delivery hours, please choose an address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. Alternatively, you can select ‘Free Express’ at the checkout and your parcel will be left at the delivery address.

Please check all of your details carefully before placing your order. Supplying incorrect details may cause delays to your order and cannot always be amended. If you notice any errors once your order has been placed, please inform us via email at enquiries@mossmanclothing.com.au as soon as possible.

Free Express Postage for all orders within Australia over $100.
Order before 2pm AEST for next business day delivery to all metro and selected rural areas. If someone is not available to receive your delivery, your parcel will be left at the premises.

$9.95 Express Postage for all orders within Australia under $100.
Order before 2pm AEST for next business day delivery to all metro and selected rural areas. If someone is not available to receive your delivery, your parcel will be left at the premises.

$9.95 Registered Express Postage for all orders within Australia with signature required on delivery.
Order before 2pm AEST for next business day delivery to all metro and selected rural areas with signature required on delivery. If successful delivery cannot be made, your parcel will be held at your local Australia Post Office for collection.

$9.95 - PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers & Parcel Collect Points

Please note a handling fee of $9.95 will be applied at checkout to any order with a PO box, parcel locker or collection point address.

Same Day Delivery
Temporarily Unavailable.
Receive your order the same day you purchase. Available to customers in select Melbourne metro areas for orders placed before 2pm AEDT. Price will be calculated for eligible customers at checkout upon entering your shipping address. Please note: there must be someone available at the specified address to sign for your delivery until 7pm on the day of delivery. Unfortunately same day delivery is not available to PO Boxes.

*Please note we do not accept responsibility for any delays caused by external factors/third parties. Australian shipping times are provided by Startrack and can vary depending on shipping location and other external factors. 

International Shipping Options

Due to the circumstances surrounding COVID-19, our shipping partners have communicated potential delivery delays.

During this period please allow up to an additional 5 business days for international orders.

Customers will continue to receive tracking information upon dispatch of your order, which at any time can be used to track the status of your parcel.

Supplying incorrect details may cause delays to your order or incur additional charges to which Mossman accept no responsibility.

Every country has various regulations regarding the duties and taxes on the importation of commercial goods. In some circumstances where an order exceeds a specified value you may then receive a bill with charges relating to this. Any additional customs and duties taxes/charges are to be paid at the responsibility of the customer. These costs are in addition to your shipping fee and are not payable to Mossman therefore they cannot be calculated before or upon checkout. We suggest you contact your local customs office for queries relating to this.

Delays

Delays may occur for the following reasons, but are not limited to: sale periods, public holidays and items available for Pre-Order. We do not accept responsibility for delays caused by third party courier services or incorrect details supplied by the customer.

Pre-Order

By placing a Pre-Order you understand that you will be charged the full amount to secure your Pre-Order. There will then be a delay between payment and receiving your Pre-Order. An expected (on or before) delivery date will be listed within the item description. Any items ordered in addition to any Pre-Order items will be delivered as per our standard shipping terms and not held for later delivery. Our standard returns and exchange policy apply to all Pre-Orders.
